VitaminT: created in 1998 from the fusion of the worlds of theatre and organization
More than 20 years ago an unprecedented vitamin entered the world stage: Vitamin T. Whereby “T” stands not only for theater, but also for training, team, testing and transfer. Founded especially for use in business organizations, “The Stage for Change” supports their dynamic diversity – and we are also diverse: Our 15-member team consists of different characters, ages, nationalities and professional backgrounds and is led by Elisabeth Ostermann and Michael Schaller. With this diversity, we have until now supported more than 250 organizations in 20 sectors in over 3000 projects.
Extended perspectives through dual competence
All ‘Vitamins’ offer a double competence: As a basis an (improvisational) theatre education, which gives us the necessary creativity and empathy for different roles and characters. In addition, training, coaching, moderation know-how or a classic professional background which gives us additional perspectives as psycho-dramatist, psychologist, pedagogue, business economist, hotel specialist or nurse.
