ImprovAgility with Markus Berg
Markus Berg is a co-founder of VitaminT and was one of its co-partners for over 20 years. Born in Munich, he now lives in the Swiss canton of Thurgau and, as a cooperation partner, is firmly committed to the VitaminT core idea – namely to use the mindset, values and principles of improvisational theater in a business context. With this “ImprovAgility” approach, he supports individuals, teams and organizations in the D-A-CH region to develop their adaptive and resilience capacity in a VUCA environment – which is why Markus is also part of the team of the Swiss Resilience Hub – the resilience competence center of Switzerland.
