Online and offline, flexible in terms of time, for individuals, teams, or large groups of up to 500 participants; trustworthy, eager to experiment and tailored to your needs.

As seminar theatre (for smaller groups), change or forum theatre (ideal for large groups), coaching or in other flexible formats. From one hour to two days. Live on site or virtually via a videoconferencing system of your choice, enabling you to reach a large number of employees in the shortest possible time – even internationally.
Thanks to our many years of experience, we can easily integrate ourselves into existing change processes and training concepts or support you in the design of the entire intervention. We always take a holistic view of employees, without rash judgment. We take their fears, wishes, needs and views seriously and, in a taboo-free environment; with a great deal of humor and lightheartedness we can take them to the edge and even stretch their boundaries. In a way, we act as a “business court jester” who constructively ruffles the status quo and thus opens up avenues for new possibilities.
