Our wide range of training courses and workshops is based on our many years of experience in helping participants to learn and explore topics effectively and with ease.

Teambuilding

For us the focus of team building is on each individual personality in interaction with the others. We establish a trusting and intimate atmosphere that helps the team to understand each other better and to see their strength in “togetherness”. We use our toolbox of creative team-building exercises and our experience in improvisational theatre. The latter offers resource-strengthening, humorous and solution-oriented exercises based on Keith Johnstone’s work which contribute to spontaneity, empathy and openness.

We offer one-on-one coaching and coaching in small groups on all personality topics. Our expertise is always in reinforcing strengths and practising them in a practical way, so that participants can replace old behavioural patterns with new possibilities in their professional environment with a high degree of accuracy and reliability. Personality model Insights Discovery®

We provide training based on the Insights Discovery® personality model. As certified trainers, we can explain the personality model in a way that is true to life, as well as evaluate and explain personality profiles. With the knowledge that people tick differently, we can provide transfer-secure training in a negotiation context and in team-building measures, among other things. What is unique about this is that we can bring the different personality types to life as actors and actresses, thus making them understandable.

Improv training

Keith Johnstone the father of improvisational theatre, developed improv rules and invented exercises that train each individual and the team in how they work together. Participants learn to trust each other, to act and react spontaneously, and thus to be creative. The most important improv rule: ‘The eroticism of failure’ helps to allow mistakes. Because the biggest mistakes hold the greatest opportunities.

Diversity

In recent years, we have repeatedly been asked to address the topic of diversity, as we are able to present this sensitive topic in a clear and above all comprehensible way with our corporate theatre. What does diversity mean and what does it mean to respect that diversity? We answer these questions by means of real scenes from the respective everyday working lives in a very practical way, thus making them discussable for the participants. On this basis, rules of conduct can then be developed together.
