Our “SeminarTheatre” helps you to train your employees and managers in a transfer-secure way.
Regardless of whether you are training in ‘negotiating skills’, ‘dealing with challenging people and situations’, ‘leading in transformation’, ‘confident appearance and presentation’ or ‘body language and voice’, all seminar theatre formats have one thing in common: We use business-related simulations with a professional actor or actress to help you practise your personal business topics in a practical and transfer-secure way.
Theoretical nuggets help to anchor the topics. We use this to break away from the usual role play and, by professionally casting the opposite role, we adopt a change of perspective and you practise optimised behaviour at the same time. The other participants are actively involved as coaches.
