Our “ChangeTheatre” sets large groups in motion on the interactive business theatre stage.
In precisely tailored scenes, the respective change and its stumbling blocks become visible and tangible. In the next step, everyone is called upon to collect initial suggestions for change. VitaminT interactively tests in the theatre-laboratory what could realistically be achieved and creates first opportunities for everyone involved to help shape the change.
This method can be used to reach 20–600 participants. The larger the group, the greater the team dynamics and thus the impetus for change.
